A selection of projects I've built — from AI-powered platforms and my own products to client work across hospitality, agriculture, e-commerce, and the local community.
Laravel, Vue 3, Stripe, WebSockets, HMRC MTD
Omni Tend is a point-of-sale and business management platform I built originally for my own pub, The Green Dragon. It now serves hospitality, street food, and retail businesses.
The platform handles EPOS, stock and inventory management, online ordering (via a multi-tenant web shop with Stripe Connect), thermal receipt printing, staff management, SMS/email notifications, real-time WebSocket updates, HMRC Making Tax Digital integration for VAT and beer duty returns, and AI-powered sales analysis and reporting.
I also built the supporting infrastructure: a deployment orchestration service for provisioning customer instances, a customer management dashboard, and a server hardening toolkit.
Stack: Laravel 12, Vue 3, MySQL, Redis, Stripe Connect, Pusher/Soketi, DigitalOcean
Client project | Laravel, OpenAI Vision, Filament, Livewire
An AI-powered market analysis platform for a grain merchant. The system processes daily grain market reports received by email, extracts structured pricing data using OpenAI's Vision API, and presents it through an admin dashboard built with Filament.
Traders can query the data through an AI chat interface that provides context-aware market summaries and trend analysis, powered by real-time communication via Laravel Reverb.
Stack: Laravel 12, PHP 8.5, Filament 4, Livewire 3, OpenAI API, Laravel Reverb
Own business | Astro, Tailwind, AstroAdmin CMS
The website for my family's CAMRA award-winning pub and brewery in Bungay, Suffolk. Features an events calendar, food and beer menus, and online ordering for food takeaway and beer delivery — all connected to the Omni Tend backend.
Client project | Vue, Omni Tend platform
An online shop for an independent greengrocer in Bungay, built on the Omni Tend platform. Customers can browse seasonal produce, order veg boxes and hampers, and arrange delivery or collection — all managed through the Omni Tend dashboard.
Client project | WordPress, Events Calendar, Business Directory
The official promotional website for Bungay, Suffolk — a market town in the Waveney Valley. Features a business directory with category filtering, events calendar, food and drink trails, and a blog. Built on WordPress to give the town's volunteer team full control over content.

Built to give kitchen managers real-time visibility over their stock and costs.
Stack: Laravel 12, Vue 3, Inertia.js, Tailwind CSS, MySQL
Laravel, Vue 3, Inertia.js, PWA
A rota and shift management system for small teams. Features a calendar interface, shift cover requests with a reciprocity system, shift swaps, and print-friendly views. Available as an installable PWA with web push notifications so staff get alerted to schedule changes on their phones.
Stack: Laravel 11, Vue 3, Inertia.js, Tailwind CSS, Web Push API
Client project | Laravel, Astro, OpenAI
Website and feedback analysis system for an annual community arts festival in Bungay celebrating the legend of Black Shuck. The festival site handles programme listings across multiple venues, ticketing information, and visitor guides.
Separately, I built Feedblack — an AI-powered tool that analyses festival attendee feedback and generates presentation-ready reports for the organising committee.
Client project | Astro, Tailwind, AstroAdmin CMS
A brochure website for Blake Harrison, a professional percussionist, music educator, and Forest School leader based in East Anglia. The site covers performance, teaching workshops, and alternative provision services, with a gallery, testimonials, and contact form. Built with Astro for speed and AstroAdmin for easy content updates.
Whether you need a web application, an integration, or aren't quite sure yet — I'd love to hear from you.
