I'm James Pickard — a software developer and owner of The Green Dragon, a CAMRA award-winning pub and brewery in Bungay, Suffolk.
After working in eCommerce in London and Montreal, I moved back to take over the family pub and found myself building the software I wished existed — first for my own business, then for others. That became Omni Tend, a point-of-sale and business management platform that I use to run the pub every day.
More recently, I've been helping businesses make practical use of AI — from building an AI-powered grain market analysis platform for a local merchant to adding intelligent features across my own products. I focus on real results, not hype.
