Cloudship is a software practice in Bungay, Suffolk, working with small and medium businesses across East Anglia. We build what a business needs, integrate it with the tools they already use, and keep it running once it's live.
We're led by founder James Pickard, who knows these businesses from the inside. Alongside Cloudship he runs The Green Dragon, a CAMRA award-winning pub and brewery in Bungay — on software he built himself. After a decade in eCommerce in London and Montreal, he came back to Suffolk and started building the tools he wished existed, first for his own business and then for others. That became Omni Tend, the point-of-sale and management platform that runs the pub every day.
Cloudship builds practical AI too: a grain market analysis platform for a local merchant, and AI features in our own products where they earn their place.
