Most tools take one to three weeks to finish, £2,000 to £10,000, quoted in writing. After that, from £39 a month keeps it running, backed up, patched and supported. Most tools are £95 a month. That is the price of one software subscription, for a program that does exactly your job.
I do a few of these a month. Fifteen minutes on the phone first, always.
What can you build in half a day? One job, done properly. A form that replaces a spreadsheet, a stock count on a phone, a rota staff can see, a report that used to take a morning. Not a whole business system.
What do I need to bring? The spreadsheet, the paper, or the app you use now, and half an hour of your time at the start and the end. I need to see the job as it is.
What if it doesn't work? Then you have paid £300 to find out cheaply, and I will tell you why. If I doubt it on the phone, I will say so and there is no half day.
Do you work outside East Anglia? Yes. The half day can be done remotely. The surgery and most of my clients are local.
Is there VAT on top? No. Cloudship is not VAT registered. The prices on this site are what you pay.
